Delivery and Return


We will process your order as soon as possible. All orders are usually shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days, except during the Christmas holidays, when the company is closed. An order placed on a Danish public holiday outside Christmas is processed the next working day after the public holiday. All orders are subject to availability. Once your order is placed, we will send you an order confirmation.

All orders within Denmark are sent with GLS. All other orders are shipped by UPS. Orders can be tracked on Once the package has been sent, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Orders are delivered to you Monday through Friday. All deliveries must be signed for receipt unless the courier offers another option. Due to courier restrictions and the risk of credit card fraud, we do not allow delivery to mailboxes. If your order consists of several items, we reserve the right to share the delivery. This can happen if certain items are delayed at the time of ordering. In case of shared delivery, you will receive tracking for each package. You will not be charged for additional shipping costs in this case.


Shipping costs depend on where the package is to be sent. The following prices apply, unless otherwise stated on the front page of the website, for example for campaigns with free shipping:

Denmark: Free shipping on orders over DKK 399. Shipping costs for orders under DKK 399 will be DKK 49, -

Rest of the EU: Free shipping on orders over DKK 499. Shipping costs for orders under DKK 499 will be DKK 75, -

Rest of Europe: Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Iceland, Croatia, Montenegro. Free shipping on orders over DKK 49999 Shipping costs for orders under DKK 499 will be DKK 100.

Rest of the world: Free shipping on orders over DKK 1125. Shipping costs for orders under DKK 1125 will be DKK 149, -,-


When you shop at, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, where you can notify us that you regret the purchase and then return the item to us. The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received the item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following working day. Upon receipt, you may only handle the goods in a way that allows you to determine the nature of the goods, their properties and the way in which they work. This means that the item must be in the same condition as when you receive the item if you want to exercise your right of withdrawal. We expect you to ship the goods as soon as possible after you have given notice of withdrawal. You must return the goods no later than five days after you have regretted the purchase in order to make use of your right of return.

If you want to exchange your item for another color or size, return the unwanted item and place a new order.

When returning, you should make sure that the goods are securely packed. You are responsible for the package / goods until we receive it. Therefore, save a receipt from the freight forwarder and possibly track and trace number. Lack of original packaging may constitute an impairment. To be sure of being able to receive all the money back, it is recommended that you return the item in original packaging and with accompanying labels. You must pay the cost of returning the item yourself when you regret it.

You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation or other type of documentation for your purchase.


The refund process usually takes 14 days. Once we have completed this process, we will refund the amount via the payment method used to pay for the order. This can take up to five business days. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we receive the goods. Please note that additional charges and / or taxes are not refundable and shipping costs are also non-refundable.

Complaint - If there is something wrong with the item

Your purchase is covered by the Purchase Act, including the defect rules.
