TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Here you can read our sales and delivery terms, which apply to purchases of goods on www.bellaballou.com. When you shop with us, all transactions are governed by Danish law. Therefore, any disputes will be settled by the ordinary Danish courts.

Prices
All prices are stated in Danish Kroner (DKK) and always include VAT, but exclude shipping and handling fees. The prices listed on the website may contain errors. We will confirm the price of the item as part of our order confirmation process. If the correct price of the item is lower than the stated price, the lower price will be your price. If the correct price of the item is higher than the stated price, you will be contacted by us. If we cannot reach you, we may choose to reject the order.
If your country is part of the EU, the price will include Danish VAT at 25%. Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to local taxes and duties. Bella Ballou has no influence or involvement in such local taxes and duties and it is your responsibility to pay for these.
Delivery
We process your order as quickly as possible. All orders are normally shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days, except during the Christmas holidays when the company is closed. An order placed on a Danish public holiday outside of Christmas will be processed on the next business day after the holiday. All orders are subject to availability. Once your order is placed, we will send you an order confirmation.
All orders within Denmark are shipped with GLS. All other orders are shipped with UPS. Orders can be tracked at respectively www.gls.dk or www.ups.com. When the package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Orders are delivered to you Monday to Friday. All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt, unless the courier offers another option. Due to courier restrictions and the risk of credit card fraud, we do not allow delivery to PO boxes. If your order consists of several items, we reserve the right to split the delivery. This may happen if certain items are delayed at the time of ordering. In the case of split delivery, you will receive tracking for each package. You will not be charged additional shipping costs in this case.
Shipping prices
Shipping costs depend on where the package is to be sent. The following prices apply unless otherwise stated on the website's front page, for example during free shipping campaigns:
Denmark: Free shipping on orders over DKK 499. Shipping costs for orders under DKK 499 are DKK 49,- to parcel shop.
Home delivery costs DKK 69,-
Rest of EU: Free shipping on orders over DKK 499. Shipping costs for orders under DKK 499 are DKK 75,-
Rest of Europe: Norway, Switzerland, England, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Iceland, Croatia, Montenegro. Free shipping on orders over DKK 699 Shipping costs for orders under DKK 699 are DKK 100,- Delivery DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Local import duties and customs clearance are paid by the recipient.
Rest of the world: Free shipping on orders over DKK 1125. Shipping costs for orders under DKK 1125 are DKK 149,- Delivery DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Local import duties and customs clearance are paid by the recipient.
Returns When you shop at www.bellaballou.com you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, where you can notify us that you regret the purchase and then return the item to us. The right of withdrawal runs from the day you receive the item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following business day. After receiving the item, you may only handle the goods in a way that allows you to determine the nature, characteristics, and the way they work. This means that the item must be in the same condition as when you received it if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us by an unambiguous statement no later than 14 days after receiving the item. We expect you to send the goods as soon as possible after you have notified us of your withdrawal. You must return the goods no later than five days after you have withdrawn from the purchase to make use of your return right.
If you want to exchange your item for another color or size, you must return the unwanted item and place a new order.
When returning, you should ensure that the goods are properly packaged. You are responsible for the package/goods until we receive them. Therefore, keep the receipt from the carrier and any track and trace number. Missing original packaging may result in a reduction in value. To be sure to receive a full refund, it is recommended that you return the item in its original packaging and with the attached tags. You must pay the return shipping costs yourself when you withdraw.

Include proof of purchase and return slip when returning
You must include a copy of the order confirmation or other proof of purchase - for example, the order number.
Refunds
The refund process usually takes 14 days. Once we have completed this process, we will refund the amount via the payment method used to pay for the order. This may take up to five business days. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we receive the goods. Please note that additional duties and/or taxes are not refunded, and shipping costs are also not refunded. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. __________________________________________________________________________
Complaints - If there is something wrong with the item
Your purchase is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, including the rules on defects. This means that you can have a defective item repaired, exchanged, get your money back, or receive a price reduction depending on the specific case. According to the law, you have a 24-month right to complain. In the event of returning an item under complaint, www.bellaballou.dk will pay for the return shipping.
Of course, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product, normal wear and tear, or other damaging behavior.
You must contact us within a "reasonable time"
You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the item. We recommend that you complain as soon as possible, and within 2 months after the defect was discovered. You can complain by contacting us by email at info@bellaballou.com or by phone at +45 86185888.
For us to assess your complaint, we ask you to do the following: 1. Send us a short description of how the damage or defect appears. Please note that you should contact our customer service as soon as you discover the defect. 2. To document the defect, you must send 1-2 photos along with the description. The defect must be clearly visible in the photos. 3. Send the photos and short description by email to info@bellaballou.com 4. Please state the order number the item was purchased on – or include a copy of the order confirmation/receipt. 5. After we have received your photos, we will process your complaint as soon as possible.
