Delivery and Return

Delivery

We process your order as quickly as possible. All orders are usually shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days, except during the Christmas holiday when the company is closed. An order placed on a Danish public holiday, outside of Christmas, will be processed the next business day after the holiday.

All orders are subject to availability. Once your order is placed, we will send you an order confirmation.

All orders within Denmark are shipped with GLS. All other orders are shipped with UPS. Orders can be tracked at www.gls.dk or www.ups.com.

Once the package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt, unless the courier offers an alternative. Due to courier restrictions and the risk of credit card fraud, we do not allow delivery to PO boxes.

If your order consists of multiple items, we reserve the right to split the delivery. This may occur if certain items are delayed at the time of ordering. In the case of split delivery, you will receive tracking for each package. You will not be charged for additional delivery costs in this case.

Shipping costs depend on the destination of the package. The following prices apply, unless otherwise stated on the homepage, for example during campaigns with free shipping:

Denmark: Free shipping to parcel shops on orders over DKK 399 / EUR 54 / USD 57

Shipping costs for orders under DKK 399 are DKK 49 / EUR 7 / USD 7 to parcel shops.

Home delivery DKK 69 / EUR 10 / USD 10

Rest of EU: Free shipping on orders over DKK 499 / EUR 69 / USD 75

Shipping costs for orders under DKK 499 are DKK 75 / EUR 10 / USD 10

Rest of Europe: Norway, Switzerland, England, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Iceland, Croatia, Montenegro. Free shipping on orders over DKK 699 / EUR 89 / USD 100

Shipping costs for orders under DKK 699 / EUR 89 / USD 100 are DKK 100 / EUR 15 / USD 15

Import duties and taxes outside the EU are not included in the prices and are paid locally by the recipient according to applicable regulations.

Returns

When shopping at www.bellaballou.dk or www.bellaballou.com, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, where you can notify us that you wish to cancel the purchase and then return the item to us.

The right of withdrawal runs from the day you receive the item.

If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following business day.

After receiving the item, you may only handle the goods in a way that allows you to determine the nature, characteristics, and the way they function. This means that the item must be in the same condition as when you received it if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing, no later than 14 days after receiving the item at info@bellaballou.com.

We expect you to return the items as soon as possible after notifying us of the withdrawal.

You must return the items no later than five days after you have canceled the purchase to use your right of return.

If you want to exchange your item for a different color or size, you must return the unwanted item and place a new order.

When returning, you should ensure that the items are securely packaged, as you are responsible for the package/items until we receive them. Therefore, keep the receipt from the carrier as well as any tracking number.

To receive a full refund, it is recommended that you return the item in the original packaging with the accompanying labels.

You must pay the costs of returning the item when you cancel the purchase.

This also applies to "Unclaimed packages" returned from a parcel shop. The return shipping costs DKK 60 / EUR 8 / USD 8, which will be deducted from the refund.

Include documentation of your purchase when returning

You must include a copy of the order confirmation or other documentation of your purchase.

Refund

The refund process usually takes 14 days. Once we have completed this process, we will refund the amount using the payment method used to pay for the order. This may take up to five business days. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we receive the items.

Please note that additional charges and/or taxes are not refunded, and shipping costs are also not refunded.

For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. __________________________________________________________________________

Complaint - If there is something wrong with the item

Your purchase is covered by the Sale of Goods Act, including the rules on defects. This means that you can have a defective item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a price reduction depending on the specific case. According to the law, you have a 24-month warranty.

In the case of returning an item under complaint, Bella Ballou pays for the return shipment.

It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise due to improper use of the product, normal wear and tear, or other damaging behavior.

You must contact us within a "reasonable time"

You must complain within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect in the item. For complaints, you can contact us via email at info@bellaballou.com or by phone at +45 86185888.

In order for us to assess your complaint, we need the following from you:

1. Send us a brief description of how the damage or defect is expressed.

2. To document the defect, along with the description, send 1-2 pictures. The defect should be clearly visible in the pictures.

3. Please provide the order number on which the item was purchased - or enclose a copy of the order confirmation you received by email.

4. After we have received your pictures, we will process your complaint as soon as possible.
